How the flip works
Each character is swapped for the Unicode character that looks like it when rotated 180 degrees, and the order of the string is reversed. The result is ordinary text, so it can be pasted into a bio, a comment, a caption or a document without losing the flipped look.
Letters with no rotated twin keep their shape and stay readable as normal text, which is why the output can look mixed. Short lines come out clean.
